Last night I was surprised to this bottle on our fridge, I didn't try it since I couldn't find that small jigger that was on it. But then today I saw it near the eggs area. I read the instructions and decided to take this after breakfast.
But then I check a video about this and turns out you can also take this on an empty stomach, I just dont' know which is better.
I'm glad we were given free because this cost more than twenty dollars and that amount here is expensive 
Has any one of you taken something like this or similar? It's good because I'm exercising again and it's a lot longer now than before, causing my muscles to sore

No I haven't. I'm not currently taking any health supplements. I drink green tea. i drink lemon infused water on an empty stomach.

I've been taking moringa in a form of soup, but lately since were broke this month I just boiled it and eat with some viands while the liquid i just add cream and sugar drinking it like a moringa tea. I hope this helps my daily exercise

@Letranknight2015 I learned from another mylotter here that there's such thing as mooring infused water as well. Just add moringa leaves to a warm cup of water and your'e done!

@toniganzon well, at one time I did boil moringa, the liquid of it i made a tea and the moringa leaves as viand.

Nope I don't intent on buying another bottle after this @Teep11 I hope it helps with my daily activities.
