...just when I thought I am back...

... we experienced power outage for 14 hours yesterday. I thought I will spend most of my time interacting here, but lights were off at 6 AM and went on at 8 PM. It was the whole of our region that had the power blackout, so what I did to kill the time of waiting for the lights, I did the grades of my levels 2 and 4 learners, from jotting down in my record book, to filling up the grading sheet for submission tomorrow.
Today, I also have the plan to prepare the rotation examination of level 4 students (a 100-items multiple choice), but I will do that a bit later.
I will try to comment on all my notifications, but I will leave at 3 PM to begin my task this Sunday.
How is everybody this Sunday? Glad to be back again.
I just added a photo. That is our house under the moonlight.

That is a long black out, I wonder if that would happen here.

@crazyhorseladycx yes it is, that is why we have to have our baths during daytime because water is scanty in late evenings. but with the constant rains and typhoons we experience now, i hope our dams will be refilled with rain water again

it is Wednesday here now, and it is all right. power outages are becoming more frequent now because the dams have water shortage.

@ridingbet We have had our share of many power outages, but bought a generator no too long ago. We have well water and can't flush our toilets during outages!

@DianneN well, we flush the toilet with water from the bucket, we don't use the flush anymore because we believe it takes 2 to bring the unwanted wastes down to the septic tank

That was an awfully long time for the power to be out. I am glad you found something to do while waiting for it to go back on.

14 hours is just chicken to us. we had power blackout for nearly 2 months after the most severe and strongest typhoon hit our province.

It took them once two months to fix the power outage problem? That is terrible.

yes my friend, and instead of just sulking and whining and ranting because of the power interruption, i made use of my "sweating" time wisely.

Was the picture taken at Christmas? I love all the lights. I'm sorry you had a power outage yesterday. I'm sure your students will love that multiple choice test you're making for them.
Today is great so far. I just got here from church.

yes my friend. that is our house with all the Christmas and solar lights open. the multiple choice is difficult to answer as usual, because i want to challenge the students' logic and common sense in the situations i presented
