Was So Lazy Since Yesterday

There are days that we do not feel motivated to do things. I was so lazy since yesterday to post here. I just read some posts and finished some notifications.
Maybe because I was not feeling well because so many guests at my sister's birthday celebration were smoking cigarettes. Though it was held at their yard, an open space, still one can inhale the smoke. I hate it. Though I stayed away from them, I can still smell it.
Now I am having a runny nose. I took Vitamin C and lots of water.
Do such situations make you lazy too?

@acelawrites I will be alone today (Monday) as my brother will be out of town until Thursday. I will be taking it easy for a few days.

My father used to say the more you eat the more you need to eat and the more you feel need to be rest,the more you feel the laziness.

we have a non-smoking household, too, and visitors have to smoke in the garage or porch, but you're right, it floats into the house anyway. that's a good remedy - rest, water, vitamin c, and fresh fruits.
