Doing The House Repair

We are working on the repair of our house which we will rent to other people. We can only work on this during weekends because both hubby and I are busy at work. The tenants that lived there for almost 4 years finally left a month ago. We decided that before we find another tenant, we needed to do some repair and rent it for a higher price. It is another source of income for the family and I hope that we can finish it soon.
