What are the channels that I should watch SWIMMING for Olympics?

On Day 3 Michael Phelps will COMPETE again and so excited for it but unfortunately since I am living in the Philippines I don't really know where to tune it just to watch this show. I doubt if the Aksyon TV on our local channel will show it because there is no Filipino that will join during the time of Michael Phelps. This makes me too sad because he is my idol and I keep on following his competition. Now I am clueless where to watch Michael Phelps on our local channel here in Manila and I am using Destiny Cable. Please help me with this.
