I suppose you are a call center agent on a graveyard shifts . How often do they change the shifts ?

No mam, I'm a midwife at our local government unit.There is no overtime pay here in the philippines so we took a day off the next morning.

I never worked in night shifts and don't want to in the future. I can't compromise my sleep.
