Every year I plant some veggies. Some I place some seeds in a container and then transplant them, some I just throw them into the sol and others I buy the seedlings.
This morning, Leticia came with some kale seedlings. Sne anounced that we would be doing some gardening, so I brought out my own seeds.
Leticia cleaned the soil and took out weeks and I sorted out what I wanted to plant. I hope they come out as I planted seeds from lettuce, arugule, radishes, coriander and carrots. I also found some parsley seeds that did not look too good and placed them all in the soil. If they come out, good.

I had planted a few veggies around 3 years ago, when I underwent chemotheraphy. The only veggies the oncologist let me eat were the homegrown ones.

@jaboUK Yes. Just the same way that the skin has problems (and you lose your hair and all that) because chemo attacks all the fast growing cells, so it also attacks the cells of your intestine. So I couldn´t eat anything that had been grown with pesticides or eat mushrooms, cheese or yogurt.

@marguicha That's interesting - so what you eat affects the chemo?

Oh, I want Kale!

but unfortunately, I couldn't buy seedlings here. Probably on a farming area but too far away. I wish to grow kales too but i can only afford to buy bok choy and mustard greens. congratulations to you.

I don´t know what bok choy is. I´ll check online. Here kale can be grown almost wild.

most of those are really easy to grow hope
that they all come up for you so you will have
some lovely greens to eat later.
