Well I am trying to enjoy the last two days of summer break with my daughter. School starts back on Thursday. A little too early if you ask me, but that is just my opinion. Later on today we will go to Walmart and let her get her backpack. Tomorrow, I do not know how much enjoyment we will have, other than just being together as she as a doctors' appointment at one. Then at four we have to go to her school for open house to meet her teacher. I am hoping the teacher gives the list of supplies she will need at tomorrows meeting. Last year, the teacher she had gave it the first day and we had to go running late that evening after school trying to gather everything for the next day. She has became a little more excited for school to start because she got the teacher she wanted and a few of her good friends are in her class but on the other hand she still keeps on saying she wants to stay home with me! I know once she gets to school and gets with her friends she will be okay. Lets just hope this is a great year!
