Why sure I will finish your laundry while you go out

I'm not mad I'm just kind of dumbfounded. My man called earlier and asked if he could dry a load of laundry at my house because the laundrumat was full and had piles waiting for a dryer. I told him he could do the load here but it would be about a half hour before my own was finished drying. He came and said he had to run down to his friends store to get a metal can for his bird feed that mice have been getting into. Well that was about 6pm and at 8:30 he texted me asking if his laundry was done. This was where I thought wow seriously? I told him yes and called him a not so nice name. He asked if I folded it which I knew he was just teasing. I told him no and that I will bring a load of dishes to his house to wash and I will come get them a few hours later. He laughed and said he was sorry that he and his friend are watching the olympic and betting each other. Boys!

@crazyhorseladycx Once when we were broken up he told me men will walk all over me if I let them. That has always stuck with me. It shows how HE thinks. Maybe most men think that way but I refuse to believe ALL men do. Back when we first dated that truly was how I felt that he used me for everything he possibly could and didn't appreciate me. I stand up for myself a little more now...a little!

Well he did but with his free time he didn't spend any of it with me which is typical of him. It shows very little care about me.

Haha, at least he was honest about where he was and what he was doing. Men loose track of time far worse than any of us women, no matter what they say.

Well its really only his word he was where he said he was but yes I know how he is and loses track of time with friends while drinking.

At least you were able to have a humorous exchange about it. I'm afraid I woulsn't have touched his washing - it sounds as if he's taking advantage of you.

I felt that way as well but his wash was already done by that point.

That wasn't a very nice thing for him to do but it definitely sounds like a man.
