Why people want instant justice? How is it possible?

There is a saying 'justice delayed is justice denied'. But, does it hold good for Indian Judiciary? Yes...there are 2.18 crore cases pending in all courts across the country. Every case has to be finalised basing on the evidence and it will take a time to dispose of them. A case is pending in the court means it may be due to lack of evidence which the court insist upon and this is which a lawyer seeks an adjournment for. This will be granted always by the Court. But, there is a limit to the number of adjournments that can be given.in a case.
If this is followed and judgement are delivered without scope for any appeal then it speaks up on restricting the freedom of a citizen .
This is becoming a main reason for piling up of the number of cases pending in various courts.
Now, the point is how to reduce the number of pendency?
HOW CAN THERE BE AN INSTANT JUSTICE? Bu, if the justice is not done and judgments are not delivered people will take law into their hands and this may add to the number of pending court cases again.

When case is pending due to genuine reason it can be acceptable but there are cases which are not taken seriously and those cases should be processed fast. There is always some scope of improvement.
