Do you know how to contact with the mylot admin for payment issue ?

I have tried to find the contact mylot button to check with my mylot payment issue but just didn't find a button for me to do that. If you know how, just let me know. Thank you ? Not in the FAQ , terms and policy and so. Just don't know where to find it or how to contact mylot admin. ?

I think there is Askalice account which you can follow and ask quesiton via PM if other methods fail.
