What does a women stare?

Sometimes I have seen women stare at you for no apparent reasons. Sometimes they would look in the eyes and would keep doing it occasionally. Sometimes I get uncomfortable when I see it. I wonder whether they are interested in talking or they are doing it for some other reason.

They first look at our eyes and then rest of the places. They often chekc us out if we are creepy or not

Hello ajithlal. When someone stared at me, I would feel very uneasy at a young age, but now I would look at the person who stares at me and smile at him or her, saying, "Hi". Maybe it is because I am no younger any more and would do things more bravely than ever. LOL. Take care.
