Favorite Kissing Songs #2 - "The Perfect Kiss"

We're almost there. #2 in my Favorite Kissing Songs series belongs to New Order and their 1985 single "The Perfect Kiss."
New Order formed in 1980 out of the ashes of highly influential post-punk band Joy Division, the group often credited with inventing goth. Renaming themselves New Order, guitarist/vocalist Bernard Sumner, bassist Peter Hook, and drummer Stephen Morris, along with keyboardist Gillian Gilbert, the survivors set about becoming one of the most influential electronic band's of the 1980's.
Ranked this high, it's obvious that I love "The Perfect Kiss" a lot. The song was a minor hit in the UK (#46,) and reached #5 on two separate Billboard dance charts. The video was even used in the commercials to promote the bands 1985 Low-Life tour.
As I do these series, I'm trying very hard to refrain from doubling up on the music. In this case, it couldn't be helped. It's just too good a song to leave out of this series.

@teamfreak16 -- guess that eliminates "Kiss Me on the Bus" by the Replacements.

The next one is an 80's classic. A dance floor classic, anyway.

If you weren't hanging out in the cool clubs back then, it's possible that you might have missed it.

Yes, I'm listening. I wish I could get into this. I love the energy. But it's just too frenetic for me. And (yeah, I know goddam kids get off my lawn) I had to flip the screen. Flashing lights, even on a frigging SCREEN bother me. I think it's migraine thing. Go figure. And yes, I go nuts at Christmas time. Well, not that's not a permanent condition, but—
