Welcome back! The site looks a lot different from when you were here last and the way that the earnings work has changed so that what you earn for any particular post (discussion, response or comment) is based on how much interaction it receives from other members. You will find the new, revised Guidelines and the Earnings Program FAQs in "Help" in the menu under your username/avatar. Those two pages tell you nearly everything you need to know. The Guidelines, especially, are essential reading!
