When my brother gave us this printer back in 2014, we didn't experience must paper jam in here since it's new. Not to mention I was the one who was buying printer paper. Until mom started buying herself with out checking out the details, usually I would buy ones that has substance 20 thick type, and she thought they're all the same.
Until last week I've experience my first paper jam, I resolved simply by either removing the paper or rebooting the printer. That didn't work last night and the constant paper jam forced to research on how to solve it, but I failed to find one. In fact, I thought it was false paper jam message, until I check the printer thoroughly and saw a paper stuck in the rollers, it was hard to remove that I had to use Tweezers.
It was an annoying night because I was helping her with her report, but at least I solve the problem, thanks to internet

There are rims of substance 20 paper that are cheaper. Printers really need good quality of paper.

that could be one reason, the second reason could be the printer itself because it was bought in 2014 and had printed lots of coupon bond already, there might be some dirty in the printer that caused the jamming.

Hello @ilocosboy That's another possibility, that happened on my older printer from before but I never address the problem until we just gave it up.
