Chemtrails

So I was watching a passenger jet fly by overhead and I was looking at the trail it left behind me, which reminded me of the chemtrails conspiracy theory that these trails contain biologicals and/or chemicals that are being sprayed on people. What I thought when I watched it was that, if that's the case, they've picked a pretty dumb way to do it. The trails were obviously coming from or near the engines. Not the smartest place to spray biologicals from, and not brilliant for chemicals. The clouds are slow to dissipate. Now, I know that's why people think they're not simply water vapour, but if you are trying to spray an area, you want the clouds to dissipate faster, not slower, and that could be done. Unless the intention is to poison a very specific area of the sky. Finally, if you want to spray an area, why use a high-flying jet? Something flying lower and slower would be far more sensible, and there are enough helicopters and small planes flying around that you could easily use them. I could do a better job, so surely anyone who actually wanted to spray chemicals/biologicals around would know how to too. Image: Me

It's a reasonably widespread conspiracy theory that crops up online (and off).
