I just have to forget what I feel

A blessed and meaningful Sunday to everyone in here!
I devoted much of my time on my blog yesterday studying my articles and some technicalities in blogging. I have been writing, editing, re-writing, and editing non-stop trying my best to produce a good article. I just wrote few and I sent some to my friends. After few days, I received comments that made me somehow frustrated. I question myself if I could really be a good and effective writer.
Whenever I read a book or a blog, it seems that those words are easy to compose. I feel like I can also make stories like those good writers. However, when I get myself to write down my own ideas, I struggle with words and ideas on how will I get started. And I hate what I feel because I know I must not give up but here I am, feeling like quitting.
Have you ever felt the same way in reaching what you want to become?

Don't worry too much about critical comments, that is easy to say but harder to do sometimes. What did the comment say? If they have truth to them I think our writing can improve with them but if they are only opinion then they are opinions we can receive or dismiss?

I think I should be open minded with the criticism. Perhaps every writer or bloggers felt what I was feeling too? But maybe they did accept those comments as a challenge.

I felt exactly the same way back when I was in grade school. I used to be fond of publishing my writings in school.

I find writing a very tedious task when I was still studying. But it changed when I was able to go out of the country and met interesting people. I felt like I need to write because I do not want to forget the feelings and sweet memories. I admire the people who are very good at telling stories through their writing.

@annierose writing for publication was my hobby back then. But these days I just write in my journal, not for public consumption at all.
