No to Disrespect

It doesn't who or what group of people try to bring a person down. They're efforts are void. Never tolerate disrespect . Some will continue as long as there's no stand. Not speaking up could lead to continuous disrespect. It's best to set boundaries otherwise people will continue to step on those who they presume are weak.
Sometimes we have to be a little more stern. Unfortunately some are very uncaring and will never consider others. If they're never told then they'll continue with the behavior. Speaking out is the right thing to do.

We quiet-types have tendency to believe that eventually things will change from worse to better, but we only find ourselves facing even more wrath from our assailants. Speaking out is the only solution, making boundaries where you think no one should ever over-step and making it clear that you would not tolerate anything less than that.
