Black Friday Shopping....

Obviously I wasn't the only person that was trippin by going to the mall at 3 am on Black Friday trying to get some deals. I went to get an I-Pod, figuring that the Apple store wouldn't be too packed (I mean it WAS 3am). To my amazement, there was a line that spanned about half the length of the mall. Least to say... I was a little mad. Were you anything like me on Black Friday? Did you get ANY shopping done due to the LONG lines?

I hate shopping when it's really busy. I prefer to go mid-week when there's not many people about

I don't have much patience with the long lines either, so I tend to go mid-week as well.

Me and a friend went really early and by the time we found a parking spot and got in the store it was 5 min after it had opened and what we went to buy was already sold out. But we did have fun and I got a little Christmas shopping done.

Lucky you, I couldn't bear standing in those lines!

Went to two places that I made purchases at. The department store I went to first opened at 5, I got there at 4:30 and was 75th in line, by the time it opened the line was probably 4-5 times as long as it was when I got in it. Got the few things I wanted there and checked out all within about 35 minutes. Then went to Best Buy, it had been open for about 90 minutes when I got there. Got the items I wanted and checked out in about 45 minutes to an hour, was longer lines there. Unfortunately anywhere you go , especially for the good early deals will have long lines.
