Sore throat remedy / myLot

I hope this works. Tea, lemon and salt gargle. For the past few weeks, a lot of my officemates including me got colds and cough. I think this is some kind of a virus which causes sore throat . Has anyone tried this before?

I used to have sore throat and it was unbearable. Thanks for sharing this remedy I can surely use this one day.
