I'm flying to TANZANIA and KENYA

In September, I am flying to Tanzania for one week and to Kenya for one week.
I have been to Kenya before as I was working for a multi-national company and travelling to African countries was something quite normal for me for around four years.
But I will be exploring Tanzania for the first time in my life. I have been reading a lot about it, and watching many videos too. I am quite excited about this upcoming travel.
Have you been there? Is there any specific advice you would like to give me?

I met an Egyptian Trainer this morning. She encouraged me to visit Egypt.
Would you recommend me to visit Egypt in the future?

@DianneN Do you have some contacts of tour operators whom I can trust? I am not planning for so soon though. Maybe by 2018.

@excellence7 Only if you think it's safe. It was a wonderful experience for us, even though we had armed guards with us the entire time we were there. Be sure to sail the Nile to Aswan from Cairo. We toured Turkey in November, between bombings. Scary world now!

My former boss married a lady from Senegal and he used to speak highly about this country.
By God's grace, I will surely visit Senegal someday.

I have a few friends from Africa, but have not been myself. Sounds like a great trip! I would definitely want to see the Masai Mara in Kenya.

Masai Maara is famous tourist attraction there. You should consider visiting this place around July - August: for the great migration.
