Howdy good Friends - and from a different keyboard - a skinny little keyboard at that makes my fingers each look like some sort of war club when I beat on the keys. I decided to use "Computer Number Two" here to do a MyLot thing right now - just to see if that Number Two rig still works. It does, but I am not used to typing on a midget keyboard. So far in this endeavor, I have had to backtrack a number of times so as to correct missed-key-wrong-key stuff. Such is life. Think of the good part of it. By shrinking the keyboard size, someone spared the environment ultimate problems by lessening the amount of plastic that I will eventually have to discard. I would likely be one of those environmentalist peoples. Ain't that Sterling stuff? -Gus- Image source: Gus Kilthau (If it works...)Anonymous (if it does not work) Couldn't find my keyboard pix, so I put up an old faucet instead---

I don't know what you call 'midget' - my keyboard is about 12 inches. Great minds think alike - I did a post on typos a couple of days ago.

@jaboUK - Ms Janet - My "regular" keyboard is close to 20 inches long. The other keyboard is close to 12 inches in length. And great minds do think alike, but mine has pretty much quit its thinking these days. -Gus-

An old faucet or fossil? :). The keyboard tile on my smartphone screen is about two thumb-widths deep by about 3.3 thumb-widths across. So it goes.

@pgntwo - Friend PGN - As to the faucet - It was salvaged from an alligator wash room down by the bayou some time ago. Cruddy old thing, isn't it? And there is no way that I could strike on the correct letter or number on a keyboard that goes only two thumb's worth such as the one on your smartphone. Wow. -Gus-

@pgntwo - Friend PGN - Thos smartphone things are so small that I have problems just locating them. No way could I hit the little video keyboard stuff and get the correct keys.

@Ceerios Single-digit typing, hunt-n-peck... Not too bad :)

Yes, you are really thinking positively, which is good. I wonder what the relationship is between keyboard and faucet...

@kaka135 - The relationship 'twixt the keyboard and the faucet is that they share the same kind of genes. (One wets and the other one words...)

@paigea - The next time someone steals your little phone, you might want to look for me. The smaller the keyboard, the worse I type. -Gus-

@RubyHawk - Ms Ruby - Take care to not lick your fingers or you will run into a weight problem or 5 or 10 (depending on how man fingers get covered with butter.) -Gus-

@RubyHawk - Ms Ruby - I have heard from a number of people about the wisdom of not remembering advice passed out by Gus.
