When I started out on this vacation, I started out eating salads, and then my sister started complaining about that, then when I ate junk food she complain about that, there is no pleasing some people, she is not trying to lose any weight, any way but I am, I have health problems and I need to, lose weight I don't need someone around me that is not any support, so I will go my weight lost alone, and I will not ask for any help from anyone because, I notice when you start to do something, to help yourself people will always try to, drag you down and keep you from, doing things that is good for you.

then tell them to SHUT IT if they are no help at all. Don't listen to them, why do they care, it's your body. Good thing your doing that, I tell you keep it up, your doing your body a huge favor.

Just ignore her and eat whatever you want to eat. You know what you can eat. Rather then complain about your choices she should be supporting you in your weight loss journey. Whenever I am planning to lose weight I never tell anybody because I find people are like that. I just do it on my own. That works better for me.

Go with someone who wants the same and has the same goal as you so you could encourage each other.
Wishing you all the best in losing weight.

I hear you... I had the same problem in other areas from my family. Instead of just supporting us like they should, they try to be parents instead.
