These days I usually enjoy fresh Wild Blueberries with Yogurt and here they are in great company with other fruits and Chia seeds - also called Ben Via Gold, and a little organic raisins. I like Turkish yogurt, it tastes so good and it can be used with lots of foods.

I'm finding that there is so many ways to enjoy yogurt... I have been adding a teaspoon of sunflower seeds to mine lately... I will have to vary it so that I don't get bored!! Thanks for the ideas!

I also take about one tablespoon of sonflower seeds in the yogurt. They are easier to eat when one lets them soak for at least 15 minutes or more, or even over the night..

We all find what feels good for us, I prefer yogurt, for the good bacteria and avoid sugar, but honey is better, even for diabetes

Yeah, most of my breakfasts are fruit and yogurt. The brown thing is organic coconut oil and organic cocoa..

Looks like a healthy meal! The only kind of yogurt I like is the whipped kind. Something about the consistency of the regular yogurt that I don't go for. The fruit looks delicious!

There are so many fresh fruits and berries this time, so I eat a lot of them. This yogurt is thick, and one can whip it to become even better..

I like yogurt but blueberries are not available in my area. I have to go about 10 k.m to get them.
