Attorney: Trump's 'Extreme Vetting' Plan is Harsh but Legal

August 18, 2016 3:27am CST
Plainly and clearly put. No matter what liberal Dems are saying to tarnish this great plan for America's security, Trump's plan makes perfect sense. Vetting has been a historic, traditional border policy. Nothing is new. It's just called "extreme vetting" on immigration in this particularly dangerous times. But FBI and the justice system should ensure that the plan will be implemented. Of course, the Trump president with the Congress will make sure that security in America is ensued. Atty. Jonathan Turley, George Washington Law School Professor explains why Trump's 'extreme vetting' of immigrants is legal.

The liberals fail to grasp criminals with records are entering and if just one immigrant out of a 1000 kills or rapes because of their slipshod system, the blood and partial responsibility is on their hands. When I confront liberals with this, they just turn away and mumble or snarl Racist! which has become an empty word thanks to them. Look at history. Immigrants used to be quarantined at Ellis Island and often rejected entry.

Most American voters agree with you and are, thankfully, voicing their frustrations with the failed current administration. Former Gov. Mike Huckabee made a brilliant and truthful argument about "vetting sickly" (and "unstable", my addition) immigrants and rejecting their entry into Ellis Island.

I still think Trump says what everyone else is thinking.. Sometimes he does go off the deep end.

I think he says things from his heart. Often, NON-PC out-of-the-box truth. People have lost that fervor for decades now and, through Trump, it has awakened. Leftist Liberals are scared stiff about being debunked of their totalitarian push culture.

I don't understand about the issue of immigrants for the United States citizens, in spite of it all, I agree the view donald trump on illegal immigrants because in many countries else the issue of illegal immigrants has become a particular problem and is the thing naturally in the illegal immigrants, the state establishes inspection and supervision tight against the influx of illegal immigrants
