Do you know the benefits of chickpeas, regularly we are using Bengal gram in our daily cooking activities and also called as chana., But what about the chickpeas and its benefits. Regular chickpeas and bigger size(Kabooli) chickpeas are also available in the market. To gain more benefit these chickpeas are used in soaked and cooked formats and even in sprouts format. These chickpeas are having lot of health benefits, by consuming these chickpeas will remove several disorders from the body.

This is good for vegetarians chickpeas contains the proties of meat, even vegetarians can get the strength by consuming regular chickpeas. Potassium, magnesium,calcium and several other minerals are available in chickpeas, these minerals will control blood pressure and will not put you in hungry easily and also these chick beans good for obaysis in the people.

we call them garbanzo beans in the U
S and right they are really good for you
I like a salad of garbanzo beans.

I love chick peas.Also make humus from this.I do not have it daily but enough.
