Schedule to drink water

Drinking water is good for health but is this good to drink water at anytime, suppose drinking just after meal,befor going to bed.
Drinking water before bed is not a good idea for people suffering from kidney or heart ailments. This is because the excess water intake will put additional pressure on the kidney, which are already weakened and are not efficient in fluid removal from the body.

@PurnaSharma Yes because that is true. Except if your kidneys are unable to excrete urine because of diseases and anomalies in its physical structures

@PurnaSharma yes drinking water before meal is good.. after meal it affects digestion system.

You should drink a glass of warm water right after you wake up. Also don't drink water atleast one hour after meals as it leads to indigestion. Even people suffering from kidney ailments should drink water normally as it helps in flushing the toxins out, thus making kidneys' work easier.
