Some women who ages 40 years old and above are still looking very young. What are the secrets?

In the country where I live women who ages 40 years old is considered old already. By their looks and physical appearance you can say they are like 50s even 60s. No exaggeration. But I saw a lot of women who are still looking very young even in the 60s. I want to know their secrets. Is it through medical intervention or naturally born genes?
