Going stalk the mail carrier today!

Lately there has been suspicious mail activity. For three days in a row, we didn't get any mail. That is extremely uncommon to not get any mail, or at least some junk mail (flyers, grocery inserts, coupons, anything). And, just the other day the back of the mail slot wasn't even locked..
It makes me wonder, is the mail carrier even paying attention? I have noticed the mail carrier talk on the phone on the job a few times and when I checked the mail, I had the neighbors mail mixed in!
And just last night at 8:30pm - the neighbor across the street left our little mail package because it was delivered to him instead of us!
I will be on the lookout for the mail carrier today!

Very upsetting because I'm expecting some bills to pay! It's strange to have our mail lost and the door of the mail box open.

Exactly. I have had confrontations with postmen and their attitude is what are you going to do about? You can't touch me. I know darn they don't bother delivering some days.

I would be upset too if that happened to me.Good thing your neighbor did not open your package.some neighbor do that.

There was mail yesterday! The lady opened real quick and left. I'm not sure how she put mail for all 9 boxes quickly. It's weird lately.

I hate when that happens. At least you got your mail. My neighbors just keep it, and we lose out.

Yes, you better talk to him about his inadvertence in the packages and mails he delivers to each and everyone .

We got a new mail person several months ago and at first we neighbors were all getting eachother's mail. I know the frustration. Yeh it's good to keep an eye out when you're there to do it. The back of the mail slot left open is worrisome for sure. We have had streaks of mail theft all over this area. Thankfully we have a neighbor who seems to be vigilant and see EVERYTHING. She's nosy which is irritating, but the other side of that is she catches shenanigans sometimes, lol.

I dislike nosy neighbors but when it comes to something useful, then that's good lol! The mail carrier is the usual, I believe. But for this to happen three days in a row, I think it's a new carrier! Very frustrating so I'm going to take a look at who it is and see if I have any mail.

I have had issues with the postal service. Lost mail such as missing Netflix DVDs and bills/statements that were never delivered until months later when a massive bundle of old mail magically appeared following a complaint.

I'm sorry you had to deal with such horrible service! And then magically your old bills, DVDs came!!
