#3 in my Favorite One-Off Bands series was pretty much together just long enough to release only one album and do a brief tour in support: BBM.
Of course, these three guys could do as they pleased. BBM was a blues-rock trio comprised of former Cream members Jack Bruce (bass/vocals,) Ginger Baker (drums,) and Irish guitar hero Gary Moore.
They formed in 1993 and released their lone album, Around the Next Dream, in 1994. With the exception of a pop song aimed straight at the radio ("Where in the World,") the record is strictly blues and blues-rock, much in the style of Cream. The album peaked at #9 in the UK, and, apparently, I'm the only person in America that bought it.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a second album from this all-star band, as both Bruce and Moore have passed away.

Excellent live performance from one of rock's most underrated & most short lived super-trios. Simply a joy to watch. (Please note no copyright infringment is...

When I saw your headline, I was thinking a punk group called Big Bowel Movement? This BBM is an all-star lineup of legends.

Total supergroup. And got no label support whatsoever over here.

That's funny I don't remember something Cream-related. I'm learning a lot from you, I never heard of so many of these bands. I can get out of the music loop sometimes.

Thank you. If you like Cream, I hope you like this one.
