2002 Town & Country Power window problem

My passenger side window doesn't roll down. It started as an intermittent problem then finally quit working. I removed the door panel to check for loose connections. I found all connections were secure and the moter would make a slight noise when the window switch was engaged. The moter sounded like it wanted to engage but the window won't move, even with my help. Does anyone have any suggestions, all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
