What vitamins do you drink?

I think the most impportant vitamins are vitamin A(for eyes and skin) , E ,and C (it like a cement that hold our tissue together.

Vitamins are essential for your body to function properly. You don't need them in large amounts, in very little amounts. However its very important to know that just like too little vitamins is harmful, too many is just as harmful (and this is serious...) you get bad side-effects, organ damage etc. Some vitamins can be manufactured by the body itself. But some can't so its important to eat the right food. Vitamin A is important for the visual purple in the eyes. Deficiency causes temporary blindness, night blindness and permanent blindness. But too much of vitamin A is the most harmful of too much of other vitamins. I take a lot of Vitamin C (too much of that is harmful too)

i usually take vitamin c and iron because i work during nights.
