no email or sms

Hello friends, yesterday I thought to pay my mobile bill...so I check my mobile for the message of bill payment provided by the net provider Airtel....But I didn't recieve any sms from it ...then I decide to check my mail but there is no mail at all...I got terrified how they didn't send any sms or mail....then I go to billing website of Airtel and tries to pay the bill...there is one option coming which is saying that I can check the amount of bill...so click on it and then I am able to see my mobile bill....is someone there with whom such similar incident occur??
