How do you motivate yourself to work hard? / myLot

Hi guys would just like to ask how you motivate yourself to push through and reach your goals? For me I just keep on focusing on the prize and the necessary efforts needed to reach it. I talk to myself in the mirror each morning and ask myself how bad do I want something. And from there I understand why I am working hard and get ready to grind and put work. Also I think of my family and keep in my mind that my efforts is for me and for them as well. How about you? How do you motivate yourself?

My motivation is simple enough at least. I try to think of my future. I have this mindset that says, "What will you be in the future if you finished your task and learn all the things you need to learn?" "What if you did not study, what will be the long term effect for you?" Questions like that makes me want to see my future in a successful way and it definitely makes me want to motivate myself more.

Actually that's an effective way to motivate yourself to push harder. Mine was even worse when I was still in college, I slap myself in the face with the truth that I will end up being a slave to the society if I don't educate myself and work hard to have a high paying job to eventually retire young and start my own business.@Rianel_Lewrej

I just keep on focusing on my goal. I always ask myself why I need to do this. I have to be consistent every day and walk the talk. Have a good day!

I look at the old people who don't have money and then from that point I get the energy to work harder. :)

I think of my emergency & retirement funds and bank accounts. They push me to work hard from Monday to Sunday. Knowing that a day in work means additional money to my accounts is already more than enough to push to me wake up as early as 4 am to make some money.
