Feeling better than in a while

One last try for this image, too.

Yesterday I talked about how much pain I was in. It got to the point where I went online and ordered naproxen pain reliever through eBay. I had been prescribed the prescription strength of that, but didn't really have the money to buy the over-the-counter version. I finally borrowed from my rent money and ordered some. It came in yesterday's mail. By the time I went to bed, I noticed I was able to move more freely and struggled less when I got off a chair or out of bed (naps). When I got up this morning, I actually felt almost normal. That stuff is simply amazing. It does nothing for headaches, but these other aches and pains really respond to it. The dosage is 1-2 tablets every 6-12 hours. I took two yesterday and two this morning. I'll drop down to 1 after today to maintain. But, I am so glad to feel better, even if it's because of pain relief.

So glad that you found something that worked for you. Being in pain all the time is no fun. Equate is a good brand too.

Equate is really no different than Aleve, but far cheaper. Still, I could have had twice as many from Walmart for the same price as I paid on Ebay The advantage was that I didn't have to beg for a ride to go get them.

@jerzgirl Well then it is better that way. If you are in pain you can't wait around until somebody decide to take you there. That is sad. :(

I'm glad that worked for you. I ended up with acid reflux because I was trying to take it for my pain and it never worked on mine. I tried taking more and of course it still didn't work. I have to be on opiods.I'm so glad to hear you feel better. There is nothing like relentless pain to bring a person down.

I know - it's amazing how physical feelings can affect our emotional feelings.

Naproxen is wonderful! I take it for back aches and I even take one for head aches.

I tried them for headaches for a while, but they didn't touch them. Tylenol didn't either (acetominophen), but Ibuprophen and aspirin worked well for headaches. But, since I take an aspirin a day, I try to avoid taking that for pain relief. Recently, acetominophen has been working for headaches for me, so I now have it on hand for those.
