Winning the lottery... what do you think? what are your chances?

Congratulation. I got a chance to win a prize. 1, 3, 10, 12, 28 and 30 are my lucky numbers. But I did never win any prize using these numbers. I like to pay the fee after getting prize but they ask for advance payment. Advance payment is a risk. Therefore I do not take part in lottery online. Am I correct? If not, why. Which is reliable loto site?
