Over 100 wizards from around the world will be attending. Zoltar is capable of causing mass destruction and chaos at this gathering. He has recruited Bylans and Krupps. These are monsters that are feared by most wizards. Bylans are rattle biters. They fly and bite their victims. They are batlike in appearance. Krupps are built like tanks.
