No, I'm not talking about the pet store. I am talking about where they originally lived in the wild before being domesticated as pets. Do you know? Well, most pet hamsters in the world today are descended from wild hamsters caught many years ago in the hills of Syria. And now you know......

And the hamsters are now nice pets for children to have and take care of. my kids always had a hamster while they were growing up.

I don't know where they come from. In fact I don't like this "pet" because it looks so similar with the mouse. I am very scared of the mouse and I don't like it at all. This is why I can't find hamster cute. I am afraid of it, too.
