My pet peeve when it comes to selling on Poshmark and Mercari are those who low ball. I can tolerate lowballers fine as all I have to do is "deny" their offer or say, no/ignore and keep my day going!
But this girl had the nerve to low ball and after being denied, she commented asking if the pair of sandals I was selling was authentic and why are the soles different than other pairs she has saw.
Girl, I don't have time for your BS. I responded by telling her I don't sell fakes and I attached a photo of the box so do your research. She hasn't said anything since and it shows her as last active a hour ago, so I know she saw my comment.
On the bright side, after that incident. I ended up making a sale on Poshmark!

Sorry, but that is part of life no matter what you are trying to sell. We were asking three hundred sixty-nine thousand for our previous home and one of the lowest offers we got was one ninety eight and change. That's a low ball that makes you want to rip the balls off the person..sorry I still get PO'd think of that particular person - he said he was doing us a favor Ha Ha Ha.

Ha-ha. I cannot believe the guy even bothered writing an offer. If the home was on the market for a long time and MAYBE if the owners (you) were in a rush to sell even that offer wouldn't be reasonable. Well, he wasted his time and yours too.
Yup, its a part of life no matter what. It's just a little vent of mines today

@AbbyGreenhill Ain't that obvious he liked your place but wanted it for cheap so he can change it to the way he visioned.
No normal person will put up with him so he's in the real estate field right?
I feel sorry for his contractors!

@infatuatedbby He actually came once, then came to an open house then came back once more and was at the house over two hours. He put us through Heck....with his stupid remarks and things he wanted to change - that's why he wanted a low price - he planned to re-arrange the entire first floor. We know he wound up buying land so he's probably still giving some poor contractor a royal pain.

My man taught me that if you want to buy something ask a question to see how responsive they are. Maybe they were just testing you..
