Friday Breakfast

I'm usually not a huge breakfast eater, but the past few days I have been eating it while I do my morning myLotting. This morning I'm having a two egg omlette, with Tobasco and two pieces of wheat toast. Nothing too exciting but filling enough it keeps me full all day.

That sounds like a great breakfast! Its nice to multi task while you eat, since that makes you slow down your eating (at least for me). And breakfast is so good for you!
