A website called shvoong, someone remembers it? / myLot

A few years ago, I joined a website called Shvoong. The content of this site were summaries of books and you could join it in almost any language. It was another paying website which paid for writing summaries of any book you've read and translating those ones from other members. I really loved that site and I miss it, as they shut down after working for several years. I never understood why they decided to closed it. Someone else remembers that site? Do you know any similar one?

Yes if i remember it got shut down eventually. adblockers and similar issues.

Yes, they shut down and deleted all the work done.

Wow, well it sounds interesting. I never learned of some of these sites because for quite awhile I wasn't searching for the earning sites. I don't know of any involving book reviews.

It really was an interesting place, I loved it.
