Which is the best processor? AMD or Intel

Intel is BEST. Because i Feel it professional. I am a Software engineer and Hardware too. I assembled many and never have had an experience that to say AMD is good. For Example Intel PC with 128 DDR will work smoother than AMD with 512..lol. Its my Experience. I don't like slowness. I am speed and i need everything faster. It will improve my earnings well. I am using Intel PCs for 3+ Years. Thanks

AMD's introduction into the market really made intel lose some of its customer base since AMD was a step or two ahead of intel in graphics performance. But lauching of the revolutionary dual core technology by intel has left its closest rival way behind.

I honestly feel as if Intel is the best processor.

intel only best in its famous name and the leader in sales. but if you want greatest performance, reliability, speed and price choose amd. it proof because i have observe then amd is winner. but lose in sales and name.

i prefer AMD since i am using one.I use AMD because --comparatively cheap --high performance --high stabilty --greater support for gaming i recommned AMD FX 64 bit computing.It has many advantage over intel pentium 4 processors.but i heard that intel pentium duo core2 is much better than other precedures and a like performance with AMD 64.so i f you are going to buy a new computer either you go for AMD FX 64 or Pentium 4 Duo core 2. thank you!

Intel is the leader because they have captured the majority of the market..... although data says that AMD holds the majority of the market when it comes to sub $500 P.Cs.

It depends on the type of System. For desktop and laptops, where the primary use of the system is for work, numerical calculations etc, Intel is the best. For desktops that are primarily used for Gaming, AMD is the best one. Many of my friends have felt the same. Hope this help you out.
