Not a clue...

One of the reasons that I unsubscribed from LootCrate was that they kept sending me things that I wasn't interested in, or, as in this case, I had no clue what it was (okay, that's two reasons, but...)
I was going to put this up on ebay this weekend, but I have no clue what franchise it's from or what it is, so I'm asking around to see if anyone recognizes it.
Anyone out there have a clue as to what this is or where it's from?
