Glutathione and pearl soap

Hi Fellow lotters! I had been happy and content with my Morena complexion. Some people try to sell whitening products to me but they were surprised whenever i would tell them that i love my skin color. Most Filipinas are obssessed with whitening products but not me.But when i got pregnant, my knees , elbows and armpits got dark.I also got bacne and pimples. The bacne and pimples disappeared but the skin discoloration did not. Also I noticed that my insect bites scar does not easily disappear. It left scars and flaws on my skin which i find annoying. They make my skin look dirty. Finally, yesterday i bought Snowcaps Glutathione.According to the health program on the television, the brightening of the skin is only the side effects of this food supplement. Glutathione is naturally released by our liver but due to aging and stress , they jeopardize the Glutathione level of our bodies.I like that it can help prevent cancer, liver and kidney diseases. Many attest on the beauty blogs that this food supplement made their skin radiant. Some say that you can see the effects in one month. Hmmm.sounds promising. I also bought a pearl soap, the one in black packaging to match the food supplement. It ligthens and moisturizes skin, also it has antibacterial properties.it is a bit pricey though. Have you used any food supplement for your skin? Did it work?

Nope. I'm not using Any food supplement for my skin. Though I know glutathione is an anti-oxidant, I'm really not into pills. I try to avoid them as much as I can. However, I take food that has great benefits for the skin and I use only organic products or skin care products with no paraben or harmful chemicals. I have morena skin and I don't wish to have whiter skin.

@Iam_jauntyjen yes I am but human nature isn't organic. They're just using natural ingredients. I've tried it years ago but quit using it.

I have tried the Belo Collagen capsules before my wedding but I stopped taking it after my wedding since it is quite expensive. But they are pretty good I think since I was satisfied with the texture of my skin during the wedding. They say the glutathione lozenges works better and faster than capsules maybe you should try that instead.

@Iam_jauntyjen the lozenge brand is thiocell. It is more pricey than glutathione capsules so if you have money and you want more results then I suggest you use the lozenges.

i have fair skin but, like you, i've started noticing blemishes left by insect bites, burns, scrapes, etc so i just want to lighten them with soaps or creams.

Not really. A healthy diet should do the trick. Do you have fruits daily?

I eat fruits but not on a daily basis. We have our own papaya tree and Malunggay. I boil abd drink malunggay almost every day.
