Consulted the Unani Doctor

As discussed with my friend early in the morning at 5.50 started my bike and reached Toli Chowki (15 k.m from my residence). There picked up my friend. We both went to a Unani Doctor Dr. Khalid . There were some patients waiting for him outside his residence. First, they consulted the doctor and vacated the room for us. After the introduction, the Doctor asked me to my tongue which I did. He later asked me to fold it inside and I did it. He said that I had no Sugar and Blood Pressure which were right. Then I told him about the knee pain which had sports injury some 20 years back. I showed him the place where I the ball hit me on the knee. Just after seeing it he told me that it is due to Psoriasis and that he can cure it just in 3 months. I know about the treatment and so asked for the alternative. He advised me there is no alternative with him and asked me to consult a bone specialist. What he told me was that it is all due to Psoriasis some water stuck inside and it is the main cause of the pain. I thanked him for the diagnosis and came out. When I gave some money towards the fee he simply rejected it. I convinced him and gave some money towards the fee. He said that he was working for serving the poor and this was getting him name and fame. This is an infallible truth. I really appreciated the doctor. Just with a simple observation, he could say that there was no B.P. and Sugar. If I had been to any Super Speciality Hospital they would have written some tests and would have charged Rs.2500/- ($40). It was a good meeting with an efficient Unani Doctor who is not money minded.
