I entered an private enterprize one month ago. It is my duty to call people from other countries. Fortunately, my oral English is so poor that i have no courage to make a call. What should I do? It is so hard for me to find a job and i really do not want to lose it.

Take up free online speaking course in English. Practice it. next, there are some sites which offer courses on payment. You can im;prove a lot.
