From 5th of September, the season of festivals starts in India. There will be a row of festivals with each one carrying its own significance. The first festival starts with Ganesh Chaturthi. Why is Ganesh Festival so important? It is because Lord Ganesh is the remover of obstructions. Whether you are constructing a house, celebrating a function , and going on tour, it is this lord who is prayed to remove the obstruction that may come in the way. In India, this festival is celebrated with utmost devotion and the lord is offered many sweets, vegetables, and leaves. There are many interpretations experts on religion attributes for each leaf and vegetable and why each leaf is preferred. People will be totally confused and finally bring home different leaves available in the market and worship him. There are many varieties of worshipping Lord Ganesh. Whether you pray with all leaves or not, but one of the most preferred leaves for worshipping Ganesh is GARIKA .A simple translation in English for this word is 'TENDER GRASS'. I want to confine myself to this introduction. LET THE WHOLE WORLD AND PEOPLE BE HAPPY . JAI GANESH....
