Would you want to buy your citizenship?

I have seen an article in Yahoo where there are countries wherein you can buy your citizenship. Although there are advantages, right now, I would not probably consider it even if I have the money. I love being Filipino although we are not that rich as a country, I still love it.
How about you? Would you consider changing your citizenship when you have money? If yes, why?

I use to think I can be an american citizen back in high-school, grandma promised me to be petition there. But the last attempt to work in the states was back in 2008 or something. From then on, I stop dreaming of going to america.

I used to want to change it as well when I was young but Id rather still be Filipino and just want to visit there.
