Well, we are getting more and more things crossed off our list. So, why don't I feel more relieved that we are pulling things together. I would at the Walk In Clinic yesterday and the doctor said that I have to learn to do fun stuff. I guess he could see that my stress levels were high and that there was little if any not work related items on my to do list. How did he pick up on that when all I needed were some prescription refills??

Did he take your blood pressure? He may have picked up on how tense you were but I do suggest you take his advice. You got to relax and have fun sometimes, your mind and body will thank you.

Yes, he took it... twice. Guess it was up there in the red! I really do have to learn to relax!

@Hate2Iron I know it can be easier said then done but you need to take care of you.

He must have sensed it from your body language and expressions. It's great to find a doctor who shows that kind of concern for his patients.

For being close to the end of the day... he was very gentle and seeming in no rush. Couldn't have been nicer!

I think so! It was a Walk In Clinic as I wait for my Manitoba Health Card to arrive. Having to wait for 2 hours didn't help either!
