Another marsh plant I pass quite often. I always thought they looked kind of cool so I grabbed a pic this time.

Are the seeds in the "cotton" like part?

I'm not really sure. Getting close to these plants would require walking through about 2 feet of water and I don't have hip boots.

Oh yeh, we had those at the marsh I lived near about thirty years ago. They do look like cotton
